Any suggestions on gettin business insurance is KS, with a felony.?

I live in Kansas and I’m starting a house cleaning business. It looks like i’m going to have trouble getting insurance. All i’m looking for in general liability. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You sure are going to have a hard time, and you won’t get a bond, without having someone GUARANTEE it, either.

Your best bet, is to go to a local, INDEPENDENT agency. None of the standard carriers will likely write this, (and if your felony was insurance fraud related, neither will the excess market) but an indpenedent can put it out to market for you.

Expect to pay about $2500.
